In the second JPM the partners have expressed their interest for the most valuable projects from their point of view. The chosen instruments will be the subject for particular three-day peer review workshops.
Firstly, the transfer region will present the implemented instrument in depth to the participating partners (members of the workshop are partners from other EU regions together with one external expert who is familiar with best policy practices). The presentation will address the topics success factors, cost-effectiveness, budget restraints, shortcomings of the instrument, etc. Secondly, the Peers will brainstorm the presented instrument, looking for improvements in terms of contents, implementation and dissemination
Furthermore it is foreseen for one partner to elaborate two exemplary pilot transfer shemes for the presented instruments with the participating partners. The other participating partners choose one instrument per Peer Review Workshop and prepare a transfer scheme for this instrument and their regional context.
At the end of the WP 3 a third two-day JPM is held in Italy. The first part of the meeting will be to analyse the results of the regional workshops and to disseminate the best practice for each of the reviewed programmes to all partners. In a second step all partners will be regionally clustered, bringing together partners with similar economic performance to provide a better insight into transferability of different programmes. These groups will discuss the transferability of the programmes to the other participating partners taking into account (1.) political and social framework conditions, (2.) legal specifics and (3.) budget constraints.
Concluding the third JPM all partners will brainstorm possibilities for follow-up of the EUROPEER SME project.
