A first draft of a common terminology and a conceptual and methodological approach was elaborated and presented to the partners in the kick-off meeting (WP 1). After the partners have decided on the topics the final format will be prepared and distributed to the partner.
In preparation of the second JPM and with the remote assistance of the WPL the partners will transfer their support programmes to be reviewed into this format.
In the second JPM in Mülheim/ Germany (three days) every involved partner presents the two most effective instruments from their own region in the standardised format (max. 10 minutes for each presentation). Hereby every partner gets an overview about the programmes from different European partners, their specific goals, budgets, eventual windfall gains, first successes, etc. Secondly, each partner provides further information on the instruments in a standardised template.
On the second day every partner has to decide in a moderated session for which of the presented instruments he is interested for a peer review process with the aim to get a deeper insight view of the programmes and proof them on transferability to the own region. Every partner can appoint his interest for a maximum of three instruments.
Considering thematic criteria, five peer review groups will be composed. It will be the aim of the process to set up a concrete time schedule and a participant list for each of the peer review workshops. The chosen procedure is an effective way to select the most promising programmes and tools related to the specific needs of all project partners, reduces the number of participants for each workshop to max. 10 to 12 people to guarantee a fruitful and effective workshop climate.
